Remove the blanking plug from the end hole of each Smart Reservoir. Place the washers over the two connector spouts and insert them through the hole in each Smart Reservoir. Secure the connectors with the nuts on the outside of the reservoirs, ensuring they are hand tightened without over-tightening. Screw the root filters into the end of the connectors inside the reservoirs of both units, again avoiding over-tightening. Next, attach the hose to the connector on one unit and place it in your chosen location. Then, connect the second unit to the other end of the hose, ensuring it is securely attached.
