Attractive containers for kitchen worktop herb garden

Overall I am pleased with this display of herb pots on my kitchen island except for one rather serious issue which is why I can not rate them higher than 3 stars.
There are no drain holes in the bottom of each pot and being powder coated on steel I cannot drill them myself without the risk of rust developing around the newly drilled holes. I have planted them up over a bottom layer of pebbles and we shall see what happens but I fear the plant roots won't like being water logged and I willeventually lose them. A number of other suppliers are selling these same pots and I believe I have read elsewhere that they mentioned pre-drilled drain holes so my fault for not checking more closely and just asuming that the Burgon & Ball had them too. I would like to draw the attention of the Seller to this all important omission.
